Lied to Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. If I could do Zero stars I would. I bought a car for my 84 year old grandmother as a birthday present and PAID ON THE SPOT, on a Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. If I could do Zero stars I would. I bought a car for my 84 year old grandmother as a birthday present and PAID ON THE SPOT, on a Monday. They assured me they would overnight the paperwork to her for signatures.Went in Wednesday after I seen the vehicle online for less then I paid for it and they forgot to send paperwork and assured me they were going to reimburse me for the lower amount that it was listed for then I paid for it since I already paid. They have still not paid me the difference, hundreds of dollars! So they straight up lied to me!. On top of that it took over a week when I paid upfront, and they wont return calls or email. Mike and Dan lied to me straight to my face on multiple occasions. One swipe of my card to pay in full, and they blew me off. Avoid. More
