I exchanged my last years model Kia Rio to this years model Kia Forte as I missed the little extra luxuries I had for over 22 years in my Mercury Grand Marque car. Jason Dodd had the patience of a saint model Kia Forte as I missed the little extra luxuries I had for over 22 years in my Mercury Grand Marque car. Jason Dodd had the patience of a saint as he explained everything in the Kia Forte. We took a ride in it...and I was sold. Michael Mascavage helped with changing all the paperwork. I came to the Kia dealers to have the Kia Rio serviced as it had just reached it's 5,000 milage and needed its service done and drove home with yet another, newer model Kia Forte car! Thus far I am extremely please and happy with the car. I was also assured that if any thing crops up that I am not familiar with in the car to give them a call and they would help me. I was met with pleasant, polite personnel, very kind and understanding and no sales pressure what-so-ever. Highly recommend the Coastal Kia Dealership. More
