Battery died and was replaced. Battery quit and had to be jumped off. Gabe and Mike M. checked it out and found even though it tested fine and operational, there was a problem with Battery quit and had to be jumped off. They checked everything and replaced the battery at no charge because of its problems. This was not the first time we had problems with it and we were extremely pleased with their response. More

I have been taking my 2011 Suburu Outback to Suburu of Jacksonville for service ever since I bought it 8 1/2yrs ago. The people there are great, and their service is outstanding! First and foremost, they have lots of experience in keeping my Suburu (and everyone else's!) running smoothly. They are fast, efficient, courteous and honest. Before any work is started, they review my work order with me, and if they find additional things that need to be done, they check with me before proceeding.
