Wor was done well but the first service advisor who signed me in condescending and not very helpful. After 1 1/2 hours I had to look him up to see why an oil change was taking so long. Again he was s signed me in condescending and not very helpful. After 1 1/2 hours I had to look him up to see why an oil change was taking so long. Again he was short said he had to fill the paperwork out and wLked off to help not 1 but two other customers. One of the other service writers walked over and offered to help. He was pleasant, friendly, willing to answer questions and went out of his way to show me how to operate a specific feature. He was what this dealership is about and represented it well. If I had to deal with the first guy everything, I wouldn't come back. More

Out was great that I could come down mid afternoon and get immediate attention. As usual, the staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful.
