Our only concern was that the promotion during our initial contact was not fully explained until we arrived and was informed that the promotion was for other auto styles and not what we were looking to purchase. The other concern was that when discussing our trade-in the personnel appeared unconcerned regarding My Professional efforts in Car Care Maintenance over an extended period of time. Free maintenance for 4 years was also a big factor. There was an air problem in the tires next day so a service tech took the car and filled the tires without making us wait in line. Excellent Customer Service Drove from Palm Coast on a Friday evening(80 miles) to look at a Toyota Solara. Arrived 45 minutes before closing.
