I loved coming back because of this beautiful lady. She handles all my questions in a very professional way. even though my car last more than a week just for a recall, everything went well. I remember when I was a fleet manager in one pharmaceutical in the Philippines, I love seeing beautiful ladies as service advisors. Parks Ford you nailed it. But one thing I cant understand, Ford tech has magic touch why my car is drivable again when I am 100% sure it was the dual clutch is the main issue and I want to shove a new one but I ask them if I can avail their customer loyalty program for one time TCM replacement.
