He was like an open book without any small print. He met my requirements all the way and did even better than what I asked for. Mike (Finance) was outstanding as well, had similar interests and was confident on meeting my concerns 100%. We had similar interests (salesman tactics) but i didn't feel any of that. Since purchase of the car I have not had any issues and hoping I don't have any with the car. If I do end up getting issues I am pretty sure they will both go beyond helping me getting the issue resolved. This dealership should feel blessed on having Darren and Mike on their team. More

During our visit, we looked at few cars that we were interested in and test drived it. Although we liked tangerine crosstrack xv we still couldn't decide. Peter helped us vocalizing our needs and preferences in a new vehicle by asking right questions. It's great to deal with people who know their profession and find passion in it. Even after the purchase of the vehicle, I feel I can ask questions freely and get my answers pretty timely. I brought the car to Subaru service few times for some maintenance. Each time I dealt with one person named Zander. I found him also very helpful and friendly. I recently found out that my husband has been friends with him since high school. Recently my husband ran into Peter at the store and asked few questions about a problem we were having with the car. Peter gave some advise which we followed and we were able to rectify the problem.
