I wanted to price shop elsewhere, and I received better quotes from other locations -- however, they were all "non-inclusive" and ended up being higher or comprable to Cityside. A week later, I had a hasslefree purchase from Cityside, after a quick negotiation on price. I would recommend Cityside, and additionally recommend making sure to ask any other dealerships what the total cost of the car they will be selling you is. Specifically ask about destination and delivery fees. I couldn't have asked for anything better or different in my Cityside experience. More

I worked with Junior Williams, who was really just terrific. Knowledgeable, friendly, polite, efficient and accomodating. Junior worked hard to get me the car I wanted and to help me decide whether to lease or finance. He never pushed me--but he did impress me. I was happy with the purchase and very happy with this dealership. My last few cars were Hondas and I grew very fond of my dealer there (Herb Chambers Brighton). He was superb but has since semi-retired and I have been disapppointed with the other dealers. (In addition, I am a bit less enchanted by the Honda product since the company's poor conduct in the defective Takata airbag debacle. Honda was unforgiveably slow to act.) Anyway--Junior was terrific--and Michael, who handled the loan paperwork, was efficient and professional. I have read some less positive reviews of this dealership in Yelp--no idea where those negatives came from (although Junior shines in those reviews as well!) I will definitely be back, when I need a new Subaru. More
