Above and beyond customer service I went in to get a new car. I didn't have a great credit history,but my salesman Mike Newsham went above and beyond to find financing for me. I was also interested in a new Camry, cause of my height but Mike sold me on a new Corolla because it's actually bigger then the older models and was better for my price range. Great team and great service! I had visited DCH Toyota and dealt with Michael Newsham back in October of 2016. I was looking to get into a newer Tundra that was still in my budget. I had visited DCH Toyota and dealt with Michael Newsham back in October of 2016. I was looking to get into a newer Tundra that was still in my budget. Michael was able to help me find the exact truck I was looking for AND in my price range. He did everything he said he would do for me. The new model had more functions and he walked me through them all. Excellent follow up and assistance. I was even there with my 4 year old son and Michael kept him engaged with some drinks and cookies. If you are looking for a vehicle go in and ask for Michael. More

I could not have asked for two better salesman that didn't try to sway me beyond my means. They did exactly what I wanted, needed and went over what my expectations of them were. They looked after me very well I got the car that I wanted at the price I was expecting. These days discounts on anything are few and far between. But Mike Newsham was upfront wi I got the car that I wanted at the price I was expecting. These days discounts on anything are few and far between. But Mike Newsham was upfront with me and most importantly, was more interested in what I wanted in a car than pushing me toward a car. If I ever buy another car, I will return to this dealership and this salesman. With regard to the last question "were you left alone for more than 5 minutes?" While the answer was yes, it was with known cause and expected. No complaints there either. More
