Disgusting Experience I leased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited recently from a dealer in WestChester PA (Name : Videon). I mis interpretted the heating icon on Side Mirror I leased a Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited recently from a dealer in WestChester PA (Name : Videon). I mis interpretted the heating icon on Side Mirrors to a blind spot detection which is pretty common on all vehicles now. I reached out to the dealership again the very next day & requested to get me an option on my vehicle & was ready to pay the difference out front. Technically i have 3 days in PA Lawfully to return the vehicle & swap it with what i need. I called Mopar / Quadratec later to see if i could have those options fitted on my jeep at the cost to me. Aparently Jeep currently doesnt have those options in 2019 Wrangler. I tried all my ways to have myself to get Blind Spot detection. I requested dealer to help me consistently & he is reluctant now. I was looking for my Jeeps & Myselfs safety concern. Really Unhappy with how all of this was handled. I will never ever recommend anyone to this dealership. Sales guy Mike was excellent to deal with. I Spoke to them couple of times & they were pretty Okay with this transaction & did mention to me that i am in the timeframe where dealer could help me. Post this post on the internet i will head on to Jeep Wrangler Department & definitely make this to higher ups. More
