The sales staff is great. Service has been pretty good. Prices are way too high on air filters. One of my trips resulted in a stripped screw to the engine air filter box, had Service has been pretty good. Prices are way too high on air filters. One of my trips resulted in a stripped screw to the engine air filter box, had to be a Chevy or GMC dealer as at the time it was discovered they were the only group to have touched it. The warranty was not exciting when told my gas tank cover wasn’t covered and I no more than closed it as always when the thing popped off the hinge. I have had an issue with shocks or struts on going for a long time probably 50k miles but figured they weren’t going to be covered either. All and all the Chevy Trail Boss I named Pearl is running great. Changed battery once less than a week after it was in for service then wondered if they had noticed something without telling me about it during the inspection. More

I have a Cadillac XT5. When I go to Ed Morse Cadillac in Brandon I take my lunch, honestly. I am there close to three hours. I also have a Camaro. I will never take my cars back to Ed Morse because of the wait and it was almost double of what Stringray charged me for an oil charge and tire rotation. And my advisor was Mike, he was fantastic. And it was done in less than an hour!!!! More

Excellent except for the 3% surcharge for credit card usage. Definitely won't buy tires there even with matching they are overpriced due to the surcharge. Ugh. usage. Definitely won't buy tires there even with matching they are overpriced due to the surcharge. Ugh. More
