Mark Atkinson I got "into" buying Mazdas over 6 years ago when I purchased an used Miata from NorthEnd Mazda. They set me up with Mark Atkinson in sales. It was a I got "into" buying Mazdas over 6 years ago when I purchased an used Miata from NorthEnd Mazda. They set me up with Mark Atkinson in sales. It was a highly positive experience. Present day, I have bought 2 more MX-5s and 3 CX-5s, the latest being a 2019 Signature which I purchased last week. Great SUV! (The CX-5 is an awesome platform and with the turbo and tech (rivals Audi's tech in my opinion and this from a driver at an Audi dealership) the SUV is just a superior, affordable model.) Each purchase I have worked with Mark to get what I believe is a great deal, especially over the past three transactions. I did my homework. But whatever, the praise I have here is for Mark and for his diligence after the deal. Over the time period that I have known him, if there has been an issue with one of the cars he has been a valued liaison with the service department and went above and beyond my wildest expectations when I had a chipping issue on the hood of a soul red crystal CX-5. He kept a cool, calming, positive demeanor when I was flipping out. And after my episodes he was the utmost professional always courteous, attentive and positive. He spearheaded the effort to get Mazda to repaint it. The fact that he always has a prompt reply to a text of mine whether good or bad, whether before or months/years after the purchase, the fact that he has done a great deal of ground work in support of my purchases, the fact that he has been that valued conduit between service and I gives me great confidence in buying a car from him at NorthEnd. As long as Mark works at NorthEnd, they will have a repeat customer in me. More

I tried out a couple of vehicles on President's Day and thought about whether I actually needed a new car, as my current car (7 years old) was doing well. The more I thought about it, the closer it got to new car time. I called and made an appointment with Mark. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I tried out three cars with different trim levels. He was very forthcoming about the benefits of the different trim levels. There was no pressure to add on. In fact, Mazda trim levels start out with a lot and then just get fancier. I opted for a Mazda 6 with more bells and whistles than I normally get. Mark spent lots of time going over the features of the car and use of the various systems. I left the dealership feeling that I could manage the car. The Service Manager, Rob, came over to talk with me as well, about the maintenance. It certainly feels as though they all work as a team and try to be sure the customer gets what is needed. More

New Car with a Smile My car was having trouble just before the holidays and Mark and his crew were able to get me in a loaner to make it home for Thanksgiving. That Friday they were in contact to with me to let me know they were doing all they can to get me in a new car, as I requested. Mark Atkinson did a great job of checking in to see what I was looking for in a new car and delivered. The process was easy and they walked me through every step, which was very helpful. This was a friendly welcoming environment and I would recommend a friend there anytime. Also, Greg was helpful in explaining the features the car had to offer. I had a horrible experience at another dealership and when I called, Mike Pinto (he actually answered his phone) and I explained my problem, he was kind, patient and understanding. He not only made my transaction smooth he insured the salesman I would work with would be a perfect fit for me, and he was. Mark Atkinson, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all my questions, (and he actually answered his phone as well). Mark took great care and time going over every feature of my new vehicle. He made sure I understood each new feature. He was sure to remind me to call, text or email him anytime with any questions I might have. My transaction took less than two days and the finance paperwork with Matt Gledhill was smooth with no pressure sales tactics like some dealerships. I am recommending this dealership to all my family and friends and anyone looking to purchase a Mazda. I came from Rhode Island to purchase my new Mazda CX-5 at North End Mazda on a referral from a friend and I wasn't disappointed!
