Unnecessarily replaced rotors at 28k miles when I only ok'ed replacing the break pads. Then tried to gaslight me into believing this standard and essential. I met with Michael Rammah when bringing my car in for service this last visit. He was professional, polite and went out of his to answer my questions while my car was in for service for a couple of day service this last visit. He was professional, polite and went out of his to answer my questions while my car was in for service for a couple of days - he was fantastic. When my car was ready later I finished up working with Dave Patti who is also superior. Dave continues to goes above and beyond to answer questions, and make the customer is satisfied with the work and the service. Thank you ! More
