Service Advisers appear to not speak to each other, when one is off no one tracks his vehicles that are in service. I was not told my vehicle needed a battery nor was their online system updated. Two hour one is off no one tracks his vehicles that are in service. I was not told my vehicle needed a battery nor was their online system updated. Two hours before they closed I had to drive down to see what the problem was with the vehicle I left for service the afternoon before. This is not their normal operation and I find it very disappointing. More
