Kia Spitzer Cleveland advertised black Friday deal. $2,000 any car in stock and an additional $500 off towards a trade. I spoke to the internet sales representative Alexis and she confirmed the availab $2,000 any car in stock and an additional $500 off towards a trade. I spoke to the internet sales representative Alexis and she confirmed the availability of the car I wanted to see and the black Friday $2,000 off and other incentives. The advertisement is a total SCAM. Conveniently, the in stock car that I was interested in and confirmed by the internet sales representative wasn't on sale. There was no 'Cash' discount incentive and no extra $500 on a trade. The whole deal is a scam. BEWARE. When questioned about the 'LIFETIME. power train warranty....only valid if Spitzer does all the maintenance on the vehicle (no oil changes at Goodyear, Conrad or other affordable service centers. Since I am only reviewing this bad experience, I will not comment on several earlier attempts to do business with Spitzer. More
