I came into Kelly today with no intentions on buying a car, just to look. Kay Manning the sales girl was so friendly and and didn't push me at all. No Hassle Experience!!!! After a long day of car shopping, we ended up at Kelly Nissan. We had just walked away from another dealership where they wouldn't budge on the price After a long day of car shopping, we ended up at Kelly Nissan. We had just walked away from another dealership where they wouldn't budge on the price of a car that we had proven to them was overpriced. Upon arriving at Kelly, we were greeted by Scott, one of the salesman. We took our test drive and loved the car. Scott explained everything to us and we didn't even have to ask questions because his explanations were detailed and easily understood. We didn't have to haggle at all over the price because the car was a fair price to start with. Mike, the finance manager even worked to get us a lower interest rate than what we were preapproved for. The store manager even came over and introduced himself to us and offered us refreshments. We will be back to buy another care from Kelly NIssan-there is no doubt about that. We ended up with a better warranty, gap insurance, and free car washes-a deal that was far above any other we had seen that day. More
