I knew there was going to be negative equity and not sure if it was gonna be possible or in our price range. Michael Schmidt is who we worked with and was wonderful. He was very polite and not pushy at all, I hate shopping for cars and he made the experience pleasurable. He kept us in the loop at all times and he worked with others at Klaben who made it possible for us to lease the car. Can’t say enough good things! More

My husband told me that he was impressed with Mike Schmitt when he stopped in to just look at 2019 Escapes, so we made sure we ask for him when we went back to drive the vehicle. He knew rhe vehicles and listened to what I was looking for and helped me get into the perfect vehicle for me at the price I was comfortable. He made us feel like family and made the total experience a delight. I have never walked away from a car purchase without feeling stressed and this was so easy. I would and will recommend the dealership and SALESMAN to not only my friends but customers at our Insurance Agency. Thankyou so much Mike. More
