We were also impressed with Michael in the Finance Department as the paperwork was completed efficiently and timely. During a recent routine maintenance visit, the service attendant immediately noticed a screw in my front tire. "No problem - we'll take care of you" and I knew I was in the right place! Once you own an Audi, you'll never consider the competition again! Sorry M-B! More

I felt confident about purchasing from Jamie and best of all, he didn't make me feel pressured at all. The car is exactly what I imagined purchasing too. To complete the purchase I worked with Michael in financing (for routine paperwork, no financing), and he was so friendly and also easy to talk to. He explained everything I was signing and was very detailed. This is my second Audi, and second purchase from Audi Naples. They cannot be beat - sales, service, and quality are all top of the line. We never felt pressured and felt that every word spoken by this gentleman was sincere and truthful. He answered all questions and when he did not know the answer he would find out.
