Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating. Brycen was a new customer sales rep. . With this said, he was extremely open, honest and responsive during our sale of a used (like new) pickup. The entire sales process was pretty smooth .
