Brycen was a new customer sales rep. . With this said, he was extremely open, honest and responsive during our sale of a used (like new) pickup. The entire sales process was pretty smooth . I scheduled maintenance for my truck 1 week prior to bringing it in. I was promised everything would be completed in 1 day. At 4pm, I called for an update since no one bothered to call me. I was informed only 1 thing was completed in that time. This is the second time I was lied to regarding completion of service work. To top this off, after asking for the service manager to call me, I have yet to have ANYONE contact me. It would seem that no one at Bill Dickason understands customer service. SHAME ON ALL MANAGERS AT THAT LOCATION!!! More
