Went there to get horn fixed, inspection, and oil change. Had an appointment. 12/11/2024 5 hours, and $263.59 I was told it was fixed and ready to go. Horn did work when I left. This is not my daily driver. 12/21/2024 drove it to Longview and noticed the horn no longer worked. Contacted Faye Hinds my "service relation manager" when I got home via email. She responded on 12/23/2024 stating she had given my information to her manager. Here it is 12/30/2024 and I have not heard back from her "manager" I gave this group a 1 star because I could not give a lower rating. I scheduled maintenance for my truck 1 week prior to bringing it in. I was promised everything would be completed in 1 day. At 4pm, I called for an update since no one bothered to call me. I was informed only 1 thing was completed in that time. This is the second time I was lied to regarding completion of service work. To top this off, after asking for the service manager to call me, I have yet to have ANYONE contact me. It would seem that no one at Bill Dickason understands customer service.
