So far it has been a good experience. No problems getting oil changes. I’m lucky that I was given a loaner vehicle for this service otherwise I would be very frustrated with the current situation. More

I dislike the amount of times I have had to come back for a check engine light on my brand new 2025, while I had to leave my car in the service center for a few days I at least expected a decent amount of ga a check engine light on my brand new 2025, while I had to leave my car in the service center for a few days I at least expected a decent amount of gas in my tank as I had given it at a quarter of a tank which is a little over 110 miles i got it back on almost empty with 60 miles to get me home an hour away. Ferman of Tarpon Springs has the best service department staff. I switched from Auto Nation South as they went downhill. The whole Service Team at Ferman is outstanding.
