I came t Of all the recent car purchasing experiences I've had with dealers, my experience with Michael Tan and Crown Honda stands out exceptionally. I came to Crown with a general idea of what my wife and I needed (Honda Pilot) and went through the inventory with Michael. He was not pushy in the least bit and thoroughly helped me out with what we were looking for. His knowledge of the trims and options was almost encyclopedic and really helped me weigh the pros and cons of each. When it came time for pricing, he didn't play any games like other salesmen have in the past with me and got me a fantastic deal on our new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Overall, this stood out as one of the best car purchasing experiences I've had, and I want to thank Michael for being so helpful, thorough, and transparent. More

He doesn't rush a decision, but asks careful questions to assist a person in making a choice. It's obvious he wants a long-term customer than a quick sale. I really appreciate the attitude and it's why I drive over the Bridge to buy from this dealership. More
