We went to several car dealerships, and the only person who made us feel comfortable in buying a car was TIA HARR. She made the process really easy and updates us every now and then. A real professional when it comes to communicating with her clients. When we were there she taught me how to navigate the Honda Car Link, and she even lent me her own phone connector. Unlike other car dealerships, they weren’t pushy and aggressive just to make a sale. She and MICHAEL TAN were easy to talk to. Really efficient. It was a pleasure working with Michael Tan at Crown Honda. I contacted six Honda dealers while researching the purchase of my Accord. Michael was the only salesman to provide the information that I r Honda. I contacted six Honda dealers while researching the purchase of my Accord. Michael was the only salesman to provide the information that I requested and provide the feedback necessary to make my purchase. With other sales people, it was like pulling teeth to get the information I needed. It was obvious that some of these folks didn't want to work for my business. Not Michael and the Sales Manger, Gene Nigro, they both worked to get my business and were responsive to my requests and counter offers. Here's the great part, the negotiations were completed via email. At no point did either Michael or Gene insist that I call the dealership or 'come in' to move forward. Many of the other dealerships simply stopped responding when I didn't provide my phone number. If you want a great looking Honda vehicle at a reasonable price and you want someone working hard for your business, go see Michael Tan at Crown Honda. In my experience, his salesmanship is exemplary and top-notch. The sales manager, Gene, who worked on this deal with Michael and I is a true professional. Working with Crown Honda was a pleasure and quite exceptional. More
