Let’s face it, car buying can be stressful (especially nowadays), but my sales consultants, Tia Harr and Mike Tan, were so pleasant to deal with that I actually enjoyed it (especially Tia). The finance manager, Sejad, and the general manager were also great. Everyone involved was so friendly, genuine, honest, and transparent with pricing. Willing to go the extra mile for good service. Answered all my questions sincerely. No high pressure, just help and information so that I could make informed choices. They stayed well past closing to help wrap up all the paperwork so that I could drive home same evening with my new Honda Pilot SE. Crown Honda also offered the best price. I had checked out quite a few other dealerships beforehand, but because of low inventory many others are selling at or above sticker price and unwilling to negotiate. I can’t say enough good things about Crown Honda and will highly recommend them to all my friends.
