We ordered a bronco sport in February, and had not heard from our salesman about the status of our vehicle for 8 months. Called me on the October 20 and said the vehicle was in, but there was a recall on it from our salesman about the status of our vehicle for 8 months. Called me on the October 20 and said the vehicle was in, but there was a recall on it. He said the parts should be early next week, and the vehicle should be ready by mid week. Waited for more than a week with no contact from the dealership. Called several times with no returned call. Called on November 1 and left a message with our salesman, and did not hear from him until I called the sales manager. This is not how a customer should be treated. I have delt with this dealership for over 20 years, and this the worst experience I have had. I would not recommend KLABEN FORD to anyone after this!!!! More

For the past 14 months, I have had the pleasure of working with Louis Polos and Michael Ulz as we all patiently waited for my Bronco to be made.
