Mike not only kept me informed, but he and his team actually helped guide me and saved me from choosing what would have been an unfortunate clash of colors in my new vehicle. Though auto makers were plagued with production and shipping delays this summer, Mike stayed in close contact, giving me thoughtful and professional reassurance when I felt the first pangs of worry. When the vehicle arrived in early October, Mike wasn't able to be there, due to a family emergency, but team member Louis Polos stepped in and stepped up. His efficiency and warm, welcoming attitude helped us "come down from the ledge" after a long, stressful drive to pick up the vehicle. It's a 200 mile drive for us to get to Klaben, but if this is the level of sales and service we can expect in the future, we'll be glad to make that trip for every new vehicle purchase we make.
