I pulled up outside the service drive, not knowing I needed to drive into the service lane. I sat for a while until I called the dealership and asked what I should be doing. Once instructed to drive into the service lane my service started and it was fine. I did ask for the car wash offer as I had an email coupon, I mentioned it in my reservation and to the service advisor. I go to collect my car and it was still dirty having not been washed. A simple thing to miss, but also annoying it was missed because of how simple it was to remember. I put a note in the reservation and told the advisor when I dropped it off.

I had my car serviced including a tire rotation.

The service representative told me to inform you the lug nuts on my right rear tire had not been tightened properly. This could have ended disastrously and my faith in working with you for future repairs is zero. Please implement safety measures so this does not happen to someone else.
