They helped me out a lot to meet my financial goals when buying a car. I left there extremely happy with the exact car I wanted with a payment plan that was under budget! I bought during quarantine so I understood the delays and waiting. But after my sale the mistakes were unacceptable. I bought during a special promotion which allowed for 0% financing, no down payment and no waiting. But after my sale the mistakes were unacceptable. I bought during a special promotion which allowed for 0% financing, no down payment and no payments for 60 months. Due to mistakes in my paperwork I was asked to make payments immediately. After many phone calls They admitted their mistake and agreed to fix. I arrived for my appointment to sign paperwork and waited over an hour at which time I was told I would have to wait I definitley. I expressed my frustration and was assured a call. No call, no fix. Hard to tell if it is disorganization or lack of care. Either way I was not provided what was promised. You have many options to buy a VW in chicago. Don’t chose this one. More

Incompetent and deceptive. I highly recommend you avoid this outfit. You deserve better than Downtown Volkswagen. In particular avoid finance department - I’m looking at you Mark Neeton.
