Everything took a long time. I understand they're short of people but we should have been told from the beginning that it was a problem. The car took 10 days to be delivered. Shawn was terrific and Mike, of people but we should have been told from the beginning that it was a problem. The car took 10 days to be delivered. Shawn was terrific and Mike, the manager, was very good also. But neither explained the problem til 3 hours after we arrived. It took more than 4 hours for us to be able to take the car home. We had ordered it 10 days earlier and the delay should have been explained also. Just would have been better customer service. More
