Disappointed! Recently purchased a 2016 suburban. We were told it had 4 wheel drive. It did not. We were given 1 key, but were told there were 2. There was not two. We called, left messages, etc. Managers di told it had 4 wheel drive. It did not. We were given 1 key, but were told there were 2. There was not two. We called, left messages, etc. Managers did not call us back like we were told they would Did receive an email saying we bought the car so should enjoy it! We received no compensation for these lies what so ever. I have bought all my vehicles from Carl Black since moving to GA. This includes 2 Hummers and a Trail Blazer. Needless to say I will NOT be buying anymore vehicles there. Either will any of our aquantices. Very disappointed!!!!! More

Ermari was above and beyond one of the best salesman I have in years. He is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me with loaner cars until my truck came in. While the inventory was impressive i wasn't impressed by the staff. My sales person Ty was awesome but, a short Hispanic guy, Alex Garcia, kept hovering without speaking while Ty, Mike and i were having a the staff.
