We were looking for a vehicle for our 16-year old daughter and had a received an email from the dealership about some 2019's they were wanting to move We were looking for a vehicle for our 16-year old daughter and had a received an email from the dealership about some 2019's they were wanting to move to make room for the 2020 models. This was the second Buick we have purchased from this dealership. I called to schedule a test drive for my daughter, but my husband couldn't go with us. They let us take the car home and drive it for a couple of days to see how my daughter would like it and so my husband could check it out. I called to let them know we would be back in to buy it. I did a preliminary credit app online, and the process, once we got to the dealership went smoothly and very quickly. We received a competitive interest rate from one of their finance companies, and it wasn't long before we were driving off the lot with my daughter's new Encore! They couldn't have made it any easier or more pleasant. No high pressure sales tactics either. It was truly a great customer service experience!! More
