I have been in the automotive field since 1985 starting with Chevrolet and Buick, and then I was hired at Crown Honda in 1990. I'm excited to have just celebrated 25 years with Crown this past March. I am 100% factory trained, as well as a platinum level advisor (highest achievement from American Honda!) I am one of the luckiest people that after all of these years, I still love my career. I love the interaction with the customers and the building of relationships. One thing I try to do is find out what my customers do for a living and if possible use their businesses since they use ours. I enjoy most sports and support our local teams whenever possible. I am a dog lover and enjoy traveling and visiting my family whenever I can.

I love my new car! Sead Gurdic was my car salesman and I couldn't be more thankful. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to meet my needs/wants with my budget. Very pleasant dealing over two days. Happily showed us what We have been dealing with Crown Honda since 2007 when be bought an Accord SE. Some of the repair writers are still there. Do not get to meet many te We have been dealing with Crown Honda since 2007 when be bought an Accord SE. Some of the repair writers are still there. Do not get to meet many techs and the sales force does change. The replacement folks seem to be of the same high standard. We dealt with two salesmen, Anthony Lugo and Tim Foreman and working together they got us (read My Wife) what we wanted. I never have a problem when coming in for servicing, and have always been treated courteously. Wife says she likes Fords but she keeps driving Hondas from Crown. Good staff, good sales people, good techs. Yeah- we like Crown Honda. lpg More

95K CRV Service Worked with Michelle Dessert to complete routine oil/filter service and diagnose rear end noise. Also discussed the need for tire rotation/alignment a Worked with Michelle Dessert to complete routine oil/filter service and diagnose rear end noise. Also discussed the need for tire rotation/alignment and she provided diagnostics to use with that service provider. Received call to advise of bad wheel bearing and pricing to fix. After go-ahead for that work, car was completed and delivered in a timely fashion. Everything working fine. More

Awesome Service Experience What an awesome experience! I was greeted promptly from the time I pulled up in service area and was instructed to sign in. My service advisor, Michel What an awesome experience! I was greeted promptly from the time I pulled up in service area and was instructed to sign in. My service advisor, Michele Dessert was with another customer but to my surprise was available in minutes. The best experience of all was while I was waiting, I observed Michelle help an overly aggressive female customer whom was there to see another advisor that was unavailable. The woman was obviously in a hurry and was apparently more important than any other customer waiting(in her own mind). Michele having the time handled her concerns and totally turned the situation around to please an over the top customer! It was amazing to see this kind of excellent customer service in this day and time! Great job Michele! More
