Although we did not purchase a vehicle with Findlay Toyota, I will say the person who has been bringing us back to the table is Michelle in customer service. Michelle was courteous, honest,informativ Toyota, I will say the person who has been bringing us back to the table is Michelle in customer service. Michelle was courteous, honest,informative, attentive, professional, and so very patient while we back and forth, not knowing which car and what options were best for us. Michelle hung in there with us as she worked closely while we decided. She answers her calls promptly , responds to text immediately! She always welcomed our questions, and tried to find out what we wanted. She worked so hard to make it happen. She never pressured us or made us feel bad for being indecisive. If we do purchase a car through Findlay, it will be because of her 5 star customer service. Thank you, Michelle! Findlay Toyota is lucky to have you! More
