First, I want to apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced during your visit. After reading your review, it’s clear that we did not provide the level of communication and follow-up that you should reasonably expect from our team. Not being able to reach us by phone, not receiving updates on your vehicle’s status, and then not being contacted when your vehicle was completed is unacceptable, regardless of the repair itself. I understand why waiting nearly a week for a scheduled battery replacement would leave you disappointed. While there may have been factors that contributed to the timeline, we should have done a much better job keeping you informed every step of the way. Communication is one of the most important parts of the service experience, and in your case, we fell short. I appreciate you bringing this to my attention, as feedback like yours helps us identify where we need to improve. I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you personally, learn more about your experience, and see what I can do to help restore your confidence in our dealership.
