We have been customers of Columbia Honda since they opened and purchased cars through them. Due to this long relationship, we had a couple of problems, but they were dedicated to resolving the problem opened and purchased cars through them. As a former service technician, I know that you don't always get all things right, but if you eventually do and are professional in the process you gain the trust of your customers. Columbia Honda has done just that. We will be back as we love our Hondas! More

Very poor service experience. Had an appointment to drop off vehicle on Saturday at 8:30. Called multiple times throughout day to check status of vehicle but nobody answered. Went Had an appointment to drop off vehicle on Saturday at 8:30. Called multiple times throughout day to check status of vehicle but nobody answered. Went in to dealership to check on vehicle since nobody answered the phone and was told nobody had looked at the car yet. Was told car would be looked at first thing Monday. I heard nothing Monday but Tuesday was called and told I needed a replacement battery because the battery they previously replaced was no longer under warranty. I approved the repair and was told they would call when vehicle was ready. Come Thursday, I still didn’t receive a phone call and couldn’t get a hold of anybody in the service department so I went in. Upon arrival, was told the vehicle had been ready for some time, they just never called. All in all, I waited almost a week for a pre scheduled battery change. More
