I had my Honda’s oil changed there the last time when I had them work on my door locks. My husband just changed my oil and Honda’s tech must have used an impact on the plug and filter because he had a xxxx had them work on my door locks. He said he got the plug back in but will have to get another one and we had better check this one daily till we make sure it is holding. When they worked on my door locks they ordered it first for a back door but then decided it was a problem with the front door so we were there all day waiting because we live 95 miles away and can’t just drop off a vehicular off, all to the tune of $400+. More
