I dropped my car off Friday afternoon around 4 PM. It took about 10-15 minutes for someone to come check me in (I had an appointment). From there I was assigned Mick as the Service Rep. Mick (Service Rep) was very communicative and provided a detailed status update each step of the way! I was a bit frustrated when I went to pick-up my car the following week and the AC was clearly not fixed. However, it turned out that the AC issue malfunctioned again after they gave the green light to release it back to me. I appreciated that Mick was able to offer me a rental car for the weekend (no-charge)! When I went to pick up my car again (the second time), the AC was fixed at no additional charge and they gave my car a wash! More

Many dealerships focus on quick deals with hidden tricks, but Toyota of Rockwall stands out by being upfront, transparent, and genuinely customer-focused. On the sales side, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Quin, a very professional salesperson, and Mr. Steve, the sales manager, who always ensures a fair and honest experience. They give you the time and space you need to make the right decision without pressure. The same professionalism carries over to the service department. The service advisors here focus only on what’s necessary for your vehicle, never trying to upsell things you don’t need. Kawa, my service advisor, has been outstanding. He makes sure my vehicle is taken care of properly and always advises me to bring it back if I notice anything after a repair. That level of care and accountability is rare and deeply appreciated. Overall, Toyota of Rockwall is a dealership that values honesty, professionalism, and long-term relationships over short-term gains. More

Bought a used 2019 Avalon Limited with 95k miles on 09/08/2025 in an as-is transaction, which turned out to be one of my worst choice among 10+ car buying experience. 2 weeks later, took the car for di 09/08/2025 in an as-is transaction, which turned out to be one of my worst choice among 10+ car buying experience. 2 weeks later, took the car for diagnostic for high-pitched noise during acceleration and was told AT transmission going bad. Repair estimate exceeds $7000! I tried to work it out with Toyota of Rockwall by suggesting the dealership allow me to pay for part only (still over $4400). They wouldn't budge more than 'employee price' of $6000. Very disappointed with their mindset given all circumstances. I can't speak for brand new cars, but I would never recommend this dealer when it comes to used car purchase unless you're willing to pay extra $4000+ for extended warranty. The only person who I appreciate despite this agony is Mick of service dept. More
