13 is a LUCKY number! This was by the far the BEST anniversary and experience all in one evening!!! My husband and I stopped in to look and Mr.Harmon met us immediately. We told him what we wanted and he went straight to work. We left to make dinner reservations and received a text to meet him back at the dealership after dinner, that the deal was DONE. He stayed way past quitting time and with the exceptional service of Bill Thomas in finance as well, select brand new car owners. These 2 men went above and beyond, restoring my faith in customer satisfaction. Wolfchase Honda is exceptional!!!! More

Going back to Honda It's been 7 years since I owned a Honda, but after a recent bad experience with Toyota, I decided to go back to a brand I'd been with for 20 years pre It's been 7 years since I owned a Honda, but after a recent bad experience with Toyota, I decided to go back to a brand I'd been with for 20 years previously. I bought my last Honda at Wolfchase Honda and was impressed enough with them to go back. The sales people were friendly and not overly aggressive about trying to push you into making a sale. They were knowledgeable and listened to what I was looking for (initially a used car), and they found me several that met the criteria I was looking for. I test drove a few, and told them I was just shopping that day... no pressure from them to make a purchase. When I came back the next day, they were again helpful and let me test drive a few cars before I chose the one I liked. The deal making process went much smoother than I anticipated, and I feel like I got a good deal. Mickey Harmon helped me the first day and was very helpful; however, he was tied up with customers when I returned the next day. So instead of making me wait, he enlisted Luis Castillo to assist me.
