VERY professional. Everyone we were in contact with was very helpful. Being senior citizens, (one handicapped), 100 miles from home, in a vehicle with only 2,000 miles, Everyone we were in contact with was very helpful. Being senior citizens, (one handicapped), 100 miles from home, in a vehicle with only 2,000 miles, showing warning lights on the dash, was extremely frightening. We were fortunate to be close to your dealership and having our concerns addressed so professionally. We have to give extra kudos to Mikey your representative that put our minds at ease. He explained everything so clearly to us and put our minds at ease. We were confident after speaking to him that we would be ok.It is rare in these times to find someone like Mikey who really seemed to care about our situation. The only negative experience was with your AI "person" who we actually thought was a real person at first. Despite giving our situation to "her" our concerns were not addressed and in fact entered incorrectly. When we first notified your dealership that we had broken down and needed aid as quickly as possible based on a medical situation we never were contacted back. It wasn't until we called back to see what was the delay we learned that our information was not received correctly. More

Tiffany was very attentive to my need for service on my 20-5 Honda CRV. The AC had stopped working. The car was ready when promised.. if I decide to trade in my 11 year Honda and purchase a new vehicle’ 20-5 Honda CRV. The AC had stopped working.
