This was my third purchase with Toyota of North Austin (prior Charles Maund Toyota). The sales process took all day to close the deal; they did not prep the vehicle correctly which was missing the volume (prior Charles Maund Toyota). The sales process took all day to close the deal; they did not prep the vehicle correctly which was missing the volume knob which was an inconvenience in itself as I am not local to Austin. The second issue was Detail damaged the truck (rear right fender flare) on my 2025 Tacoma TRD off-road. Miguel our salesperson claimed it would be taken care of the following week. They attempted to "fix" the scratch by sanding on the plastic and made the damage more noticeable. Miguel ignores text messages and claims his boss was out on vacation for a week (Director of new car sales). I waited a week and a half and called the dealership directly after being ignored again on a status update. Miguel was upset on the phone and claimed there was nothing he could do, and his boss would have to approve or deny the repair and there was nothing else he could do. Have not gotten a call back since the last interaction. More
