The communication at this branch is atrocious. It took us over a month to finally take delivery on our pilot if it wasn't for the kindness of one of their managers Miguel. And our sales person Ale It took us over a month to finally take delivery on our pilot if it wasn't for the kindness of one of their managers Miguel. And our sales person Alex we feel like the deal would have never been done. We were hung up on multiple times and the delivery date seemed to change every week. However Wally and Manny worked above and beyond to make sure that the deal was saved and delivered. Upon delivery they were a few damages on our vehicle which Miguel was truly trying his best to resolve and once we picked up the vehicle we discovered a few things we're written on the deal incorrectly once again. We had the travel to the dealership to correct these mistakes. Because no one would ever pick up the phone and transfer us to a manager successfully the breakdown in communication made this transaction unbearable and terrible experience for us. However our sales person together with a few managers made it worthwhile. More
