We drove almost two hours from NH to meet with Andrea and Miguel to trade in my Pilot for a newer Pilot. I was anxious leading up to our visit because my previous experiences purchasing cars had not been ve Miguel to trade in my Pilot for a newer Pilot. I was anxious leading up to our visit because my previous experiences purchasing cars had not been very positive. Upon walking into Colonial, we were greeted with smiles and helped right away by Miguel and Andrea. They were extremely personable, helpful, informative, and patient as we made our decision. The difference between Andrea and Miguel and the other car sales people I have dealt with was that Andrea and Miguel made us feel comfortable, like a friend not just another warm body walking through the doors, and they never used the word “no”. They anticipated our needs and we’re proactive in their approach. They were extremely professional and when we walked out with the new Pilot, I felt awesome! Such a positive experience working with Andrea and Miguel. I would drive two hours again any day to do business with them again and recommend them to customers near and far. You won’t have a better experience than Colonial! More

Everyone was great except your Financial Manager. This is the second time I bought a new car from your dealership and the same financial Manager was there. The first time I waited 1 1/2 hours to finance is the second time I bought a new car from your dealership and the same financial Manager was there. The first time I waited 1 1/2 hours to finance my new car only to be told I would have to come back the next day because it was too late. I told the sales man I would walk away from this deal and he argued with him to do the paperwork. I felt bad for the salemand because you could tell they were yelling at each other. Well now I'm back again to do a trade in with a cash deal for another new car. Brian the salesman was great but once again we waited and waited as Brian kept a smile on his face. Finally once again the Manager had to tell the Financial Manager whats the problem with making me wait. 5 Stars to Brian the Saleman, and Service Dept. 0 Stars to your financial Manager. More
