Everyone was great except your Financial Manager. This is the second time I bought a new car from your dealership and the same financial Manager was there. The first time I waited 1 1/2 hours to finance is the second time I bought a new car from your dealership and the same financial Manager was there. The first time I waited 1 1/2 hours to finance my new car only to be told I would have to come back the next day because it was too late. I told the sales man I would walk away from this deal and he argued with him to do the paperwork. I felt bad for the salemand because you could tell they were yelling at each other. Well now I'm back again to do a trade in with a cash deal for another new car. Brian the salesman was great but once again we waited and waited as Brian kept a smile on his face. Finally once again the Manager had to tell the Financial Manager whats the problem with making me wait. 5 Stars to Brian the Saleman, and Service Dept. 0 Stars to your financial Manager. More
