The Infiniti dealership provides amazing service and they have wonderful employees. Not only did Miguel get my truck in the very same day that I called needing help, which was on 12/27/22, but he also gave m have wonderful employees. Not only did Miguel get my truck in the very same day that I called needing help, which was on 12/27/22, but he also gave me a SUV to use for 2 weeks while my truck was being looked at and waiting for a claims adjuster from my insurance to come look at it. Then, he called, texted, and emailed me regularly, to keep me informed of the status. He worked with my insurance company on my behalf, but he also stayed in contact with and communicated with the claims adjusters as well. When USAA decided my truck was a “total loss” he looked over the settlement statement and advised me of his opinion regarding their offer. Miguel is amazing, and I could not have asked for anybody better to help guide me through this very messy and lengthy process. I have nothing but positive feedback for the Infiniti dealership and it’s employees! More

Scheduled and appointment for routine maintenance, but showed up early and did Express. They had me in and out in a hour, so I could get on with my day. Miquel and his team did a great job. Do wish loaners were still available for routine service like they were pre-COVID, but if I can be in and out with express service without an appointment that’ll work too! More

Great in routine,Greatest in emergency! Thank you with all our hearts to Anna Graff and the service department for our only true problem we have had in our QX60 Hybrid in 5years and 92000+ m Thank you with all our hearts to Anna Graff and the service department for our only true problem we have had in our QX60 Hybrid in 5years and 92000+ miles! We had an unusual sound from the right side of our engine for a short time that was only experienced intermittently. We called Anna who recommended to bring it in immediately. Since we live 120 miles away, it was inconvenient. Anna fit us in right away, gave us a free loaner and the next day the broken front wheel bearing was replaced with a reasonable cost covered by our extended warrenty. She has now arranged for a courier to return our car and pickup theirs. What a service from Anna and Louisville Infinity! More
