My issue is on March 17th, I paid for fuel injection service at the recommendation of the dealership who services my car. It was to prevent known issues with the fuel injection becoming stuck causing ca service at the recommendation of the dealership who services my car. It was to prevent known issues with the fuel injection becoming stuck causing car to shut off instantly. I paid over $200 for the service. 2 weeks later on April 3rd, the car stopped on me in the middle of a busy road during morning commute. The issue was stuck fuel injection. If it was cleaned as I paid for and was to prevent it from happening....it did not. More

After years of 5 star experiences at this dealership during the First Team years I am saddened to report that my experiences under current management have ranged from poor to fair. My problems with the service center first occurred in March 2022 and occurred again on my visits in February and March of this year. I don't think I can adequately explain the full details of my recent experiences in this format however I would be glad to disclose the background and history of my concerns in a telephone conversation if you care to call me. The service Dept. replaced a so called brake light that was out without contacting me first and then tried to charge for a service I did not request. Oldest trick in the book just to charge the customer an additional cost. I assume Hyundai thought I would pay the cost and go on with it. Sorry you picked the wrong gal. So the next time you try to pull this trick find someone a little more gullible, a little more green and won't cause a scene. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2015 and not once have I ever had this situation arise. They have always been kind and helpful. This time not so much. As they say one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch so my advice is to give this man more training on customer service, take him away from the service desk and put him on the phone in another location. Putting him at the service desk with headphones and on the phone he was helping noone who walked in the door needing service. More
