Nissan is exceptional. The staff is a hit or miss sometimes, but they generally are knowledgeable. Mike Adam's was the best advisor that I had seen. I really liked this dealership's service department when Grayson used to be my service advisor. After he left, I have worked with Mike Adams and there's another woman advisor/manager there that I have talke Grayson used to be my service advisor. After he left, I have worked with Mike Adams and there's another woman advisor/manager there that I have talked with a couple of times. The dealership does fine work when it comes to my vehicle; however, the scheduling team isn't friendly (they always seem annoyed when I call), Mike is difficult to reach and doesn't follow through, and the woman (I think her name is Danielle) who has been running the service department (not the cashier - she was friendly) when I drop off or pick up my car has a really weird attitude. She seems bothered by questions, especially if I ask how much something is or when I ask her to apply a service coupon. It would be nice if you could call and speak to a service advisor on the phone instead of having to leave multiple messages and waiting days to get a call back. I've never experienced that kind of service at other Hyundai dealers in the past. There's definitely room for improvement on the customer service side in the service department. The guy who worked in the parts department was really nice and helpful though! Oh, and one more thing, it would be nice if you already had my car washed when I arrive to pick it up. Grayson always had my car washed and ready, but the last 2 times I've brought my car for service, I've had to wait while they go and take my car to get washed. That's annoying. More
