Service dept. Service for answering phone is terrible, call back is terrible, & there service prices are anything but fair. Example : to replace the top radiator hose & do a oil change cost me $ 425.87 on a 2019 KIA Sportage. I will never return to Weston KIA service dept for any repairs. They are crooks in my opinion. I purchased a vehicle from Weston Kia and had an amazing experience. The salesman, Trevor did an outstanding job. He ensured that my wife and I were comfortable throughout the entire process. Both the Sales Manager (Hector) and Finance manager (Mike) were also thoughtful and patient with me. All my questions were answered, even the little annoying ones and everyone was on the same page. We even got a free lunch and full tank of gas. I can't recommend the entire sales team at Weston Kia enough. In the future, i plan on buying my cars from them. 5 stars hands down!! More
