Someone put a nail in my tire and I panicked BUT THEN I remembered I have the platinum package so they replaced my tire! My car is taken in for a recall and it was kept for over a week with no updates or callbacks. I even went to the dealership to see what was going on with my car and the service department had already gone h a week with no updates or callbacks. I even went to the dealership to see what was going on with my car and the service department had already gone home today even though it had been calling them nonstop. When I arrived after the dealership, there was no apology. They just gave me a rental Car on the third day that it was in the shop and I appreciated that. But I didn’t like the fact that there was zero communication from when I turned in my car to when it was picked up. I’m sure everybody there ship is pretty thin but at least they text to let me know what the status was. It would have been nice. More
