I was never told about the 10 day courtesy rental and the
service adviser told me to extend the rental and now I am only getting 50% of the reimbursement. I left multiple messages for the past 2 1/2 weeks

Very bad customer service and bad communication. Jeep owners be aware!!!. Chrysler's rental reimbursement policy will only covered 10 days.

Luckily they found the issue fairly quickly so I didn’t have to be without a car for too many days.
