Very unorganized, lost my paperwork multiple times and couldn’t find my car. Took them nearly 30 mins to find it and another 20 to get it out because they lost the keys to the car that was parked in front couldn’t find my car. I purchased my car in January 2023 but the second key hadn’t been programmed yet at the time of purchase so I only received one car key. I called to set up an appointment to come and I eventually had to hadn’t been programmed yet at the time of purchase so I only received one car key. I called to set up an appointment to come and I eventually had to come in twice to have it programmed and both times I left without my second key. I was told it had been ordered so they would call me to come in in a few days. Well a few days turned into almost a month and no one called. I had to follow up Myself to schedule another appointment to come in to have my key programmed. It was an inconvenience Botha times due to my work schedule and missing hours of pay and the lack of follow up was disappointing. The shouldn’t have been sold to me without a second key already programmed to the car. More
