I purchased my 2021 challenger one year ago from the van nuys location. I basically got the deal that i wanted but only after plenty of back and forth with the salesmen, finance, and managers. This is typical for most dealerships but i did not appreciate the feeling of “okay you got your car, now get out” from the people working there. With that being said.. i just brought my car in a couple weeks ago (Jan. 21st) for routine maintenance and I got the same feeling from the maintenance department as well. When dropping off my car, I clearly mentioned the squealing noise coming from my brakes and asked if they could check them out. When i came back to pick up the car, I asked about it again and if they were able to fix it.. the man at the counter said “they were fine” and sent me on my way. The squealing noise was still there as if nothing had changed. At that point I didn’t even bother going back inside and saying something because both times i’ve visited this location, i’ve had the same feeling afterwards.. the feeling of “they don’t really want to help me, just get what you need and go”.
