The service department is full of rude and un-helpful individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). They don't care about fixing your car they only care about trying to individuals. Specifically the service department manager (he's a real xxxxxxx). They're quick and collaborative. I own a Genesis and the experience is catered to the Hyandai brand and not to the luxury brand. Very, very poor communicators. The left hand didn’t know what the right hand is doing. Per their request, I brought my new top of the line vehicle in for my first “free” oil change The left hand didn’t know what the right hand is doing. Per their request, I brought my new top of the line vehicle in for my first “free” oil change, about an 80 mile round trip. I told the person taking my appointment in the phone, that I needed another issue looked at. She added the request to the work order. When I arrived, Mike asked “just your free oil change this morning?” I said yes but I needed this looked at too. He said, “ok we will put it on the computer to see if any codes pop up.” When completed, I was told, “oil was changed and we did the multi point inspection, everything looks fine.” I asked, well what about the other issue I asked the scheduler and Mike about?” He said, “I knew nothing about it!” WHAT!? Sorry, Crestmont lost me. More
