Two were used two were new and today I bought a new LA Crosse Avenier. The process of buying or leasing was smooth and easy. Mike Ayoub in sales found exactly the car I wanted, saw to it every discount or rebate was applied and then looked after the cars prep. Mike O'Connell skillfully guided the entire finance process, getting a low rate and made the process painless. I bought the car I wanted at the price I wanted and excellent terms. Sullivan has serviced all my cars and Mike Baker, the service manager, runs a topnotch service department. Starting with the service writers, Vic and Toby, have always taken good care of me and any service performed was done right. I have enjoyed my Buicks and enjoyed Sullivan's even more. More

Does not stand behind their vehicles! We bought and services our car at Sullivan. We received a recall letter about our airbags that stated we were not to bring the vehicle in until we ex We bought and services our car at Sullivan. We received a recall letter about our airbags that stated we were not to bring the vehicle in until we experienced the problem. While we were on an extended vacation in the middle of nowhere,we experienced the problem. There was not a Buick dealer for hundreds of miles. We had a local mechanic look at it and he couldn't find anything wtong. We called Sullivan after we got back and we were told that because now that we were over the mileage limit stated in the letter they expected us to pay for them to take a look at the vehicle. Way to stand behind your product and treat your cutomers. We were thinking of buying another Buick but not now and not from Sullivan. Be forwarned! More
